When do your limited edition kimonos drop?
Our premium kimonos are released in limited batches. To stay updated on release dates and times, we recommend signing up for our newsletter or following our official social media channels for drop announcements.
How should I wash my Shoyoroll kimono to prevent shrinking?
We recommend washing your kimono in cold water and hanging it to dry. Using a dryer or hot water will cause the cotton fibers to shrink and may damage the integrity of the collar.
What is your return policy for limited releases?
Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, we only accept returns on unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some 'Final Sale' items may not be eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon the package arriving in the destination country.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
