Return Process

  Ensure your kimono or apparel is unwashed, unworn, and still in its original packaging with all secondary labels attached.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
